Our properties are maintained by our fulltime in-house facilities manager Jim Wells. Jim can be seen at each property every day making sure things are being handled with the highest level of care and attention. And when unforeseen things go to hell, he is the first one on the case 24/7

Our turnkey process includes a computer generated layout by our architect, to help you visualize your needs, and offer you the most efficient use of space. Alnasco is unique in that it is a licensed contractor, with its own full-time staff to complete projects of any size, from building an entire addition to fixing a squeaky hinge. This flexibility offers you more custom options and possibilities than “fixed” properties without this capability.
